Sterile Compounding Specialist

OurPharma LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Compounding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our sterile compounded preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to cGMPs and SOPs: Maintain a thorough understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality.
- Visual Inspection: Perform thorough visual inspections of filled containers to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Sanitization and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to strict protocols to prevent contamination.
- Labeling and Packaging: Accurately label and package finished units, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Secondary Packaging: Utilize manual and automated heat sealer equipment to package products efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Participate in order fulfillment duties as business demands require, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical production or related environment.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
