Responsabilidades:
  • Facilitar actividades grupales divertidas y atractivas como juegos, deportes, manualidades y actividades de STEM.
  • Construir relaciones con estudiantes de primaria y sus familias.
  • Asegurar la supervisión y seguridad de los participantes.
  • Proporcionar mentoría a los participantes y mantener expectativas de comportamiento utilizando técnicas de orientación positiva.
  • Asegurar que se distribuyan refrigerios saludables diariamente como parte del Programa de Alimentos para Jóvenes.

Horas y Ubicaciones:
  • Posiciones disponibles durante el año escolar, de lunes a viernes, de 6 a 25 horas por semana.
  • Se pueden trabajar hasta dos turnos al día: de 6:00 a 8:15 am y de 3:00 a 6:00 pm.
  • Los Líderes para Programas de Edad Escolar trabajarán en un sitio en una escuela primaria.

Requisitos:
  • Al menos 18 años de edad con diploma de secundaria o al menos 16 años con capacitación adicional proporcionada.
  • Certificación de RCP dentro de los 3 meses posteriores a la fecha de contratación.
  • Se prefiere tener cursos de desarrollo infantil o experiencia.
  • Fiabilidad y comunicación clara.
  • Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en equipo.
