What Will You Be Doing?

Welcome customers approaching our display to encourage them to explore our products and services

Engage with customers throughout the store, discussing their home service requirements

Articulate the features and advantages of our various offerings while gathering information on customer needs

Coordinate appointments for our Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes for service estimates

Establish rapport and maintain relationships with store management

Participate in mandatory monthly meetings and training sessions

Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

Do You Have What It Takes?

Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory

Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 4-8 hours at a time

Must possess an outgoing, energetic, and self-driven personality

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable transportation is essential

Proficient in using a smartphone for email and text communication

No prior HVAC or Water Treatment experience is necessary
