Real Estate Sales Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Expert to join our team at The Ryan & Brian Real Estate Team. As a Real Estate Sales Expert, you will be responsible for meeting prospects to discover their wants, needs, and desires for a home, locating properties that meet those needs, and helping them buy the home of their dreams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet prospects to discover their wants, needs, and desires for a home
* Locate properties that meet those needs and help them buy the home of their dreams
* Understand and implement the proven systems that are available to you from the company
* Network and market to prospect for new business and clients
* Educate your clients on all important aspects of their home-buying experience
* Negotiate on the client's behalf, setting a time and date for a home inspection, loan approval, and closing date
* Prepare "comparable market analyses" to establish market value on listings as well as when preparing offers
* Conduct open houses at company listings to generate additional buyer opportunities
* Attend company events that are held for clients of the R&B Team
Requirements:

* Possessing, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license
* A high-school graduate and at least 21 years of age

The Ryan & Brian Real Estate Team is a team of 10 real estate agents, 3 administrators, and 1 dedicated marketing designer. We have highly effective systems in place for prospecting for clients, and also for managing the closing processes in an organized way so that we can provide superior customer service for our clients. We value hard work, teamwork, and providing a work environment that is positive and enthusiastic.
