Key Responsibilities
  • Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide a fast and efficient register experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
