Como especialista en café senior, su objetivo es ofrecer una experiencia excepcional al cliente al compartir la pasión y el entusiasmo que tiene por la cafetería en cada interacción con los clientes.

Como asistente del gerente de la cafetería (CM), usted motiva, inspira y apoya un entorno donde los baristas pueden crecer y desarrollarse.

Su deseo de liderar al equipo y guiar a otros para cumplir con nuestros estándares de servicio apoya el logro de objetivos de ventas y eficiencias.

En su función, trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el CM para planificar y analizar los esfuerzos del equipo, asegurando la entrega de bebidas y productos alimenticios de alta calidad para experiencias memorables de los clientes.

En su papel, ayuda al equipo de la cafetería a comprender la importancia de priorizar al cliente por encima de todo.


Lo Que Haces:

  • Modelar la experiencia del cliente en la cafetería asegurando un servicio consistente, amigable y personal, así como recomendaciones consideradas, primero a través del ejemplo que establece y segundo mediante la capacitación que proporciona a los baristas sobre cómo ofrecer un servicio de primera clase.
  • Asegurar que la cafetería sea vibrante y acogedora para todos los clientes, con una vitrina de repostería bien surtida, mercancía exhibida ordenadamente y un equipo de cafetería que saluda a todos los clientes con una sonrisa.
  • Comprender a sus clientes y proporcionar recomendaciones sobre las operaciones de la cafetería para ayudar a ofrecer un gran servicio.
  • Apoyar resultados de ventas positivos a través de pedidos eficientes y comprendiendo las conexiones con las operaciones y el P&L.
  • Capacitar y proporcionar retroalimentación a otros baristas, en colaboración con el CM para identificar áreas de crecimiento y ayudarles a entender la conexión entre resultados y servicio.
  • Resolver problemas de manera eficiente y correcta, siendo un apoyo para otros al ayudar a eliminar obstáculos.
  • Involucrar a los clientes en la tienda optimizando iniciativas de ventas de la cafetería, como muestreo, promociones en caja y la aplicación móvil de la cafetería.
  • Asistir en la finalización y cumplimiento de todos los estándares de merchandising visual en colaboración con el CM.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de todos los estándares operativos, de manera oportuna y de acuerdo con los estándares de la cafetería, así como los códigos de salud y seguridad.
  • Proteger los activos de la empresa asegurando la ejecución precisa de todos los procedimientos de prevención de pérdidas.
  • Comunicar de manera colaborativa con su equipo de tienda, manteniendo los valores de la empresa a través de retroalimentación justa y consistente y responsabilidad respetuosa.
  • Trabajar en la cafetería, lo que requiere actividad física (es decir, estar de pie durante períodos prolongados, doblarse repetidamente, levantar, escalar, operar máquinas de espresso) y en el área de ventas cuando sea necesario.
