Position Overview:
Part-Time Position
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
Hourly Rate: $00
Shift Schedule: Friday/Saturday 10 AM - 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
As a Culinary Specialist, you will:
1. Prepare all menu items according to established standards and recipes, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
2. Adhere to health protocols, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitary food preparation practices.
3. Build relationships with residents to understand their preferences and dietary needs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Possession of a current Food Handlers Card as required by health regulations.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, training, and supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with team members and management.
- Comfort working in environments with extreme temperatures, including cooking surfaces and refrigeration units.
