Job Title: Route Sales Support Driver

Vestis Uniforms and Workplace Supplies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Support Driver to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a company step van to provide products and services to customers.
  • Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage daily routes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Load and unload products according to company policies and procedures.
  • Review invoices daily for completeness and accuracy.
  • Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
  • Develop leads and prospects, solicit business, and prepare service agreements.
  • Assist the sales organization with procurement of new business.
  • Communicate services, policies, and pricing methods to customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Customer service experience with consistent customer contact.
  • Strong math and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Working Environment:

This role requires exposure to varying weather conditions and a fast-paced environment with irregular and long hours. You must be able to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ pounds. This position also requires bending, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Education: High school degree or equivalent

Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License (Not CDL), with minimal points/violations in the last three years.
