Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Stabilus, a global leader in gas springs and dampers, seeks a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to prepare outgoing shipments in compliance with customer requirements.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in pulling, labeling, scanning, and posting orders, as well as SAP understanding of movement transactions and scanner data manipulation. Effective communication with final assembly and a strong team focus are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare outgoing shipments in compliance with customer requirements
  • Manage inventory and maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Communicate effectively with final assembly and warehouse team members
  • Operate order pickers, forklifts, and turret trucks with proficiency
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in operating material handling equipment and SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse environment with continuous forklift operation
  • Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
  • Exposure to dust and varying weather conditions
