Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team at The Rockridge Group. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for leading IT and compliance audits, including risk assessments and control testing. Your expertise in SOX 404 will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial reporting.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our IT Security and Development teams to ensure compliance with our SOC 2 reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT and compliance audits, including risk assessments and control testing
  • Conduct interviews and walkthroughs with employees to support our Internal Audit and SOX 404 efforts
  • Document and analyze processes, risk, and control matrices supporting financial reporting
  • Perform IT security risk assessments and develop security-related IT control tests
  • Review control testing performed by management and assess results
Requirements
  • 3+ years of solid IT Internal Audit experience
  • 1+ years of experience in documenting and testing SOX requirements
  • Ability to independently assess control design and effectiveness
  • Proven analytical ability and sound judgment
  • Experience with operational and financial audit or open to learning
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
