This role is essential for providing Administrative Support Services to the HR personnel at the CBP Hiring Center, CBP Processing and Servicing Center, and various divisions within the Talent Management Directorate (TMD).
Position Title: Junior AnalystCompany: VCI HSV
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the event calendar
- Assist in the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of virtual recruitment initiatives
- Monitor the progress of individual creative projects through the approval stages
- Arrange meetings with essential stakeholders
- Conduct secondary reviews for visual and grammatical accuracy
- Support data gathering, formulation, and submission of reports related to minority, diversity, EEO, and other workforce compliance requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication abilities with experience in preparing and delivering presentations to groups and executives
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in a dynamic work environment
- Meticulous attention to detail in achieving goals and tasks with minimal oversight
- Professional demeanor and effective interpersonal skills
- Capability to meet both scheduled and unscheduled deadlines promptly
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe software
- U.S. citizenship and fluency in English
- Must satisfy DHS Suitability Adjudication and obtain necessary clearance
