- Production Coordination: Coordinate production, maintenance, and quality in a defined area of responsibility.
- Quality and Productivity: Ensure the achievement of quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Project Management: Take responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines in the execution of production projects.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor department-specific key figures and derive measures using lean management methods.
- Education: Successfully completed degree, especially in the fields of vehicle engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in a technical environment, ideally in the metal processing sector of the automotive industry.
- Skills: Good knowledge of general business processes and experience in project management and lean management. Knowledge in the field of joining technology is desirable.
