We are seeking a Production Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Role:
  • Contribute to various processes within the pads business unit as a production engineer.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and assist with crucial projects in milling, lamination, surfacing, grooving, and finishing room processes.
  • Support CI projects and OEE initiatives.
  • Analyze quality data, assist with research, and implement new technologies.
Requirements:
  • Strong background or interest in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
  • Demonstrated passion for innovation and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn from experienced engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit adaptability, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Skills:
  • MasterCam.
  • SolidWorks or Onshape.
  • Six Sigma.
  • Gen AI/ML.
  • Knowledge of IoT.
Eligibility:

Must be a currently enrolled student.

Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January 2025-June 2025.

Must be familiar with the universities' requirements to participate in a co-op program.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
