Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and respond promptly to quote requests, post-sales issues, and inventory inquiries.
  • Work closely with vendors to obtain special pricing and manage deal registrations, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of distribution requests.
  • Analyze customer quote requests to establish effective pricing strategies, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain detailed customer profiles, identifying opportunities for additional XIT Solutions offerings and providing visibility to potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasting, leveraging your knowledge of purchasing contracts to benefit the customer.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, ensuring seamless communication with the Sales Coordinator.
  • Occasionally assist with creating and processing sales orders in the ERP system, transforming customer purchase orders into accurate, seamless transactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of pre-sales operations and vendor coordination for special pricing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and sales order processing is a plus.
  • Experience with ConnectWise, NetSuite, SmartSheets, and ChannelOnline is a plus.
