Job Summary

The Sales Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional optical experience to our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of our high-quality fashion brands and the ability to effectively communicate with customers to meet their vision needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to ensure the perfect vision solution.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
