Optical Sales Representative

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional optical experience for our guests by combining their knowledge, skills, and personality with the needs of our customers and our high-quality fashion brands.
Main Responsibilities
- Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
- Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivation and ability to multitask, with flexibility in a quickly changing environment.
