  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the agent to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, promoting State Farm products and services to the community.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute plans to generate new leads, scheduling appointments and identifying customer needs.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales role, with a track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong marketing skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health license.
