Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at AAM Three Rivers, a leading CNC Machining facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, high voltage systems, and manufacturing equipment repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines and high voltage systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, including proximity switches, light screens, and safety circuits.
  • Work with industrial maintenance teams to ensure efficient and safe operation of manufacturing equipment.
  • Collaborate with controls engineers to optimize program frequency drives and electrical systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, CNCs, frequency drives, and associated circuitry.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of direct electrician experience, with a Journeyman's card or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on electrical maintenance and high voltage systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, CNCs, frequency drives, and associated circuitry.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines.
  • Automotive industry experience, with a focus on electrical maintenance and high voltage systems.
