Key Responsibilities:

  • Seeking a proficient IT Support Specialist for our NYC office

Core Duties:

  • Managing the IT help desk operations on-site
  • Troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software for both Apple and Windows systems
  • Deploying laptops and desktops utilizing standard MDM tools
  • Assisting employees with AV systems both on-site and remotely
  • Facilitating AV setup for meetings and events
  • Administering and supporting software services
  • Responding to IT helpdesk inquiries
  • Overseeing inventory management for hardware and software
  • Enhancing the End User experience

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in IT support
  • Proficient in networking concepts and familiar with servers, switches, and WiFi
  • Experience in managing Apple and Windows systems
  • Familiarity with ITIL Service Desk software and Confluence
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for macOS hardware and software
  • Service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to lift heavy equipment as necessary
