We are seeking licensed mental health professionals to support our youth population.

As part of our clinical team, this role collaborates within an interdisciplinary framework, ensuring comprehensive documentation of services provided, engaging in inter-agency care coordination, and tracking service outcomes. You will be responsible for delivering direct behavioral health services to children and adolescents facing mental health challenges in residential treatment settings. This includes conducting assessments, formulating diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy, as well as case management, patient and family education, and planning for discharge and aftercare.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), LPC-Associate, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LMSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or LMFT-Associate
  • Proven ability to deliver effective short-term individual, group, and family therapy services
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word and the ability to create polished clinical documents using templates
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
  • Capacity to provide customer-oriented services that enhance satisfaction, adhering to Service Excellence standards
  • Willingness to maintain flexible scheduling, including availability for evening and weekend family therapy sessions
  • Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification is highly encouraged
