  • Order Processing: Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, using Point-of-Sales (POS) systems and following established procedures.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and credit transactions, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and proper service, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, food safety, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Language: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
