Job Summary

This position involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse student populations and be able to develop personalized therapy plans to address various communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess students' speech, language, and communication skills, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted therapy plans.
  • Foster improvements in students' communication abilities through the use of evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to deliver a holistic approach to student development, ensuring seamless integration with existing educational programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress, providing clear and concise documentation of outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in New Jersey
  • Previous experience working with students of various needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with students, families, and colleagues effectively
Salary and Benefits:
