The Foundations and Endowments Support Specialist provides high-quality support to the Foundations and Endowments Team and clients. This role involves general office administration, design and distribution support for client and business unit presentations and materials, and assistance with conference and trade show preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Foundations and Endowments Team, including general office duties and tasks.
- Design and distribute client-related and business unit materials, including presentations and marketing materials.
- Coordinate printing and delivery of materials as needed.
- Assist with conference and trade show preparation, including ordering, shipping, and returning marketing materials and other related tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense report submission for senior leaders.
- Participate in projects and other initiatives as requested.
- May serve as an Account Specialist on small and low-complexity client relationships to gain client and account-specific knowledge.
- 2 or more years of general office and administration support experience.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- PowerPoint and presentation proficiency.
- Effective time and personal management.
- Bachelor's Degree.
