Electrical Site Superintendent Job Summary

Hays Electrical Services is a leading electrical contracting company dedicated to delivering high-quality electrical solutions to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical projects at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site leadership and supervision to electrical construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the job site.
  • Schedule and coordinate work activities, including subcontractor activities.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues or challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Site Superintendent or a related role in the electrical construction industry.
  • Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Safety-conscious with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
