We are currently in search of a Fire Alarm Systems Estimator to contribute to our growth and client outreach. This role involves collaboration with our Business Development team to cultivate new opportunities within the DFW market. Firetron Inc. is a privately owned, comprehensive fire protection and life safety contractor with multiple locations across Texas, recognized for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout of fire alarm systems.
  • Examine specifications and bidding documents.
  • Familiarity with NFPA standards and building regulations pertaining to fire alarm systems.
  • Participate in site visits and customer meetings as necessary.
  • Manage bid workload and adhere to submission timelines.
  • Utilize industry-standard estimating software (e.g., SAGE, Hydrabid).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fire alarm sector.
  • A four-year degree is preferred.
  • Possession of a vehicle with a clean driving record is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Project.
