Alarm Superintendent

As a key member of our team, the Alarm Superintendent will be responsible for developing and retaining service-related customers across various business sectors, ensuring sales volume and profitability meet budget targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to create and maintain service and inspection files, and prepare and maintain service schedules.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to retain customers and drive sales growth
- Coordinating efforts with technicians and administrative staff to ensure timely and efficient execution of orders
- Preparing and maintaining service schedules and files
- Providing weekly activity reports to the service operations manager
Additional responsibilities include:
- Representing the company at various functions and events
- Recruiting, developing, and training associates to achieve business goals
- Understanding permitting requirements and local authorities

- Ensure timely and accurate incident and accident reporting
- Complete monthly jobsite visits and observations
