Job Title: Medical Support Specialist

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our team in Greenfield, WI.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Medical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing donor eligibility, conducting medical history interviews, and performing physical examinations. They will also be responsible for evaluating donor reactions and adhering to SOPs for medical emergencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess donor eligibility and conduct medical history interviews
  • Perform physical examinations and blood testing
  • Evaluate donor reactions and adhere to SOPs for medical emergencies
  • Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees
  • Manage employee incidents and follow EHS protocols
  • Serve as a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS
Requirements:
  • Paramedic / EMT-P Certification
  • BLS certification
  • Plasma knowledge and venipuncture skills
