Job Title: Warranty Care Specialist

At Bridgenorth Homes LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Care Specialist to join our team. As a Warranty Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the warranty process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inspect and evaluate the quality of work performed by contractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate and schedule warranty repairs and maintenance with homeowners and contractors.
  • Conduct quality control walks on homes under construction to identify potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and warranty standards.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to warranty claims and repairs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of residential home building quality and warranty standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to talk and hear at normal levels.
  • Ability to see and read documents and reports.
