Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness

The Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness will develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive institutional research program to support strategic planning, evidence-based decision-making, and institutional effectiveness.
This role collaborates closely with campus leaders and colleges to facilitate resource allocation, enrollment management, and other critical data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive institutional research program, including the management of university databases and information systems.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic planning and resource management decisions.
- Produce and present reports and data visualizations for senior leadership and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of findings.
- Ensure compliance with all data reporting requirements, including state, federal, and accreditation mandates.
- Lead and manage a team of researchers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Work with various departments and stakeholders to identify research needs and opportunities, supporting the University's mission and goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in institutional research and higher education.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field is required; a PhD is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in institutional research or a related area, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting.
