Job Summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our center operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical oversight and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical oversight to Medical Staff Associates, including training and evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations, including CLIA and cGMPs.
  • Review and approve medical incident reports and donor suitability.
  • Collaborate with center management and quality unit to maintain high medical standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the Corporate Medical Director and the Center Medical Staff.
  • Respond to donor suitability questions and provide instruction to Center Medical Staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and oversee maintenance of medical supplies and emergency equipment.
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.
  • Current and active medical license in the state where the center is located.
  • One year of residency training as an MD or OD.
