We are looking for a personable and service-focused Client Services Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic wellness center. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clientele. Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients upon arrival, managing appointment bookings, handling incoming calls, and processing payment details. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in computer operations, along with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome clients as they arrive and ensure a superior customer experience

- Manage phone inquiries and coordinate appointment scheduling

- Assist clients with necessary documentation, including consent forms

- Maintain a tidy and welcoming atmosphere

- Provide comprehensive customer service and cater to the needs of clients throughout their visit

Qualifications

- A minimum of two years of experience in a receptionist or related position is preferred
