Job Summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Alma, NE. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
