The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time evening shift position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
