The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents. As a RN, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, collaborating with residents and families, and working with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with residents and families to develop and implement care plans
- Work with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
- Provide education and support to residents and families
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
