Job Overview
Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our transformation initiatives. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from concept to close-out, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of seven years of experience managing large-scale projects. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work efforts of varying sizes and complexities, from small and less complex to large and highly complex, with demonstrated success in meeting budget, timelines, and requirement targets.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including producing estimates, developing delivery plans and schedules, establishing measures and milestones, and tracking progress.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, scope, and human resources throughout the delivery life-cycle, often leading teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet customer requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum seven years progressive project management experience, including managing multiple, large-scale or highly complex projects concurrently.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, ScrumMaster Certification (CSM), or PMI-ACP certification (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
