Senior Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Lead to join our team at Southland Holdings LLC. As a senior member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for leading multiple civil construction projects from planning to completion.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project needs and opportunities
- Manage project risks and issues
- Provide guidance and support to project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15-20 years of experience in civil construction project management
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 CPM scheduling software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
