About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Novalink Solutions LLC. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.

Job Description:

  • Develop and refine project planning and scheduling to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage multiple complex schedules, maintain timelines, milestones, and critical paths
  • Liaise with technical support teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Update project planners with new tasks based on input from project teams
  • Advise on and escalate key issues that impact the schedule
  • Ensure all resources are allocated to the appropriate tasks
  • Produce resource capacity reports to identify over-allocated and under-utilized resources

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, including Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in consolidation planning and management, integration planning and strategy, and proposal writing
  • Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Adobe Acrobat, and SOAP (4-6 years of experience)
  • Ability to work effectively remotely and prior state government experience

Preferred Skills:

  • WSDL Language (4-6 years of experience)
  • General knowledge of HL7 and proficiency in Visio and Process Mapping

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
