Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Account Executive with Clearent by Xplor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact daily. Every interaction, every line of code, and every design choice contributes to enriching our customers' experiences.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized business proprietors
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to onboard new clients
  • Managing your sales pipeline and daily activities using Salesforce
  • Creating presentations and proposals utilizing Clearent by Xplor's digital applications
  • Informing merchants and business owners about the payment processing sector
  • Maintaining consistent communication with sales leadership
  • Closing sales of our payment processing solutions to achieve set targets
  • Compensation is commission-based

Essential qualifications for this role include:
  • A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance

  • A proactive approach with a professional demeanor, integrity, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Capability to self-generate leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • A self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal objectives
