**Job Summary**
Legends International is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our venue team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the General Manager and other venue staff to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and programs.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all guests receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
