About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Engineering team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the build, deployment, and other productivity tools for our engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software engineering, with experience in leading teams and driving projects to successful outcomes. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects, as well as mentoring and coaching other engineers on technical implementation, engineering best practices, and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Platform Engineering team, taking ideas from concept to implementation.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects to successful outcomes.
