Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or luggage support, offer general information, and provide directions as needed to ensure a positive travel experience.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while engaging with passengers and responding to inquiries from airline staff and the public.

Qualifications:

  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work independently and respond to assistance requests while monitoring flight schedules.
  • Team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and airline personnel.
  • Reliable transportation to the airport.
  • Successful completion of a TSA background check, requiring two forms of identification.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is preferred, as airport operations run 24/7.
  • Customer service experience is advantageous; prior airport experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in a second language is beneficial.
