Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or luggage support, offer general information, and provide directions as needed to ensure a positive travel experience.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while engaging with passengers and responding to inquiries from airline staff and the public.
Qualifications:
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently and respond to assistance requests while monitoring flight schedules.
- Team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and airline personnel.
- Reliable transportation to the airport.
- Successful completion of a TSA background check, requiring two forms of identification.
- Flexibility in scheduling is preferred, as airport operations run 24/7.
- Customer service experience is advantageous; prior airport experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in a second language is beneficial.
