Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in the areas of family education and administration, including managing archives, reception duties, and assisting with program planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a friendly and respectful demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in the areas of family education and administration
  • Manage archives and perform reception duties
  • Assist with program planning and create participant lists and certificates
  • Organize courses, including creating and maintaining course and instructor materials, booking and invoicing courses
  • Act as a contact person in the absence of the manager
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with quality management standards

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, preferably with experience in the abovementioned administrative areas
  • Excellent knowledge of common Office programs and ideally experience with Kufer and InGe-Online
  • Ability to work independently, handle stress, and take responsibility, as well as a friendly and respectful demeanor
