Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team at Odle Management. As a key member of our health and wellness department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating our Alcohol and Other Drugs of Abuse Prevention/Intervention Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement programs related to substance use and abuse prevention and intervention.
  • Conduct in-service training sessions with staff and students on substance use and abuse.
  • Monitor behavior and progress of students involved in the program.
  • Maintain confidential reports and records on referrals and cases.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted substance abuse license or certification.
  • Prefer one year of work-related experience.
  • Prefer experience working with youth.
  • Prefer Master's degree and previous experience with disadvantaged youth.
