Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous dining service to residents and guests, ensuring accurate order taking and delivery.
  • Set up and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with meal preparation and presentation, working collaboratively with kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special requests, prioritizing resident health and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Engage with residents to create a warm and social dining atmosphere, responding to their preferences and feedback.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in dining services or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
