Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Server to join our team at Din Tai Fung. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and confirm food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Run beverages and ginger settings to tables in a timely manner
  • Pre-bus tables and anticipate guests' needs
  • Pack leftovers and prepare takeout orders for dine-in guests
  • Collect and run payments on the POS accurately and securely
  • Assist adjacent servers and complete side work as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
