Job Title: Market Development Representative

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our market development team, you will be responsible for representing our top siding, stone, and accessories brands to decision-makers closest to our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a strategic prospecting strategy to engage Cornerstone Building Brands' contractors and drive sales of our premier surface solutions.
  • Build relationships with remodelers, restoration professionals, roofers, custom home builders, local builders, and sub-contractors to increase our share of the market.
  • Promote and sell exterior surfaces building products, including vinyl siding, stone, metal, trim, and accessories, within assigned geographical territories.
  • Maintain a comprehensive sales database to track customer information and sales activities.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide insights on pricing and programs to cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Successful sales and territory management experience.
  • Ability to find, uncover, and hunt for new customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in channel sales and working with distribution partners.
