Job Title: Behavior Analyst

CCRES, Educational & Behavioral Health Services, is seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with special needs.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing behavioral interventions to support individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct supervision to staff, and monitor progress towards treatment goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement behavioral interventions to support individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide direct supervision to staff, including training and coaching on behavioral interventions
  • Monitor progress towards treatment goals and make data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
