Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Stepdown team at Tenet Healthcare Corporation. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assess patient needs and develop strategies to promote patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • For Telemetry and higher acuity units: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
