Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for the creation, maintenance, and debugging of data integration and Discovery jobs/schedules.
  • Manage the ServiceNow environments (Dev, Test, and Production) and ensure compliance with current ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead and provide ServiceNow support and adhere to Change Management processes, Asset Management processes, Business Management processes, and Service Management processes.
  • Develop and implement solutions to automate manual processes, including data validation.
  • Provide services and support reports, and develop KPI, Dashboard, and Web Page development and implementation as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Engineer, with a strong background in IT Service Management, Operations Management, and Change Management.
  • 5+ years of experience with ITAM and CMDB with Data Management focus, and 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Implementation (applications, integrations, platforms, etc.).
  • ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification and ITIL Certification.
Desired Skills:
  • Extensive background and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, providing administration tasks, provisioning, ticket research and response, reporting, and maintenance activities.
  • Experience working in challenging, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, with the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Flexible, driven, and results-oriented, with a passion for creating a ServiceNow Environment different from its current state.
