Risk Management Specialist

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Expert to join our team in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York City. As a key member of our Casualty Risk Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and qualitative reviews to identify trends and financial improvement opportunities for clients.
- Develop and implement risk management and injury prevention strategies, including safety training and program development.
- Collaborate with clients to create customized solutions to control operational accident exposures and costs.
- Prepare and present project reports and proposals to clients, articulating service plans and deliverable work products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including casualty claims staff and insurance carrier representatives, to execute initiatives and achieve client goals.
- Technical expertise in occupational safety, fleet controls, and general liability exposures.
- Proficiency in computer applications and data management tools, including Microsoft Office.
- Project management experience, with a focus on pre- and post-loss management consulting.
- Ability to interpret complex data and create client-facing strategic and tactical improvement plans.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision and meeting expected deadlines.
